Abstract

This paper focuses on recent successful legal strategies for challenging workplace discrimination on the basis of political views, cultural bias, and lack of awareness to the constitutional right of children to bodily integrity. It covers a case study involving a human rights activist who sought to educate and elevate the awareness of co-workers to the legal rights of the child to an intact body.
