Abstract

Behcet's disease is a systemic vasculitis with a wide spectrum of manifestations. Although pulmonary involvement is typical, the presence of pulmonary arterial aneurysms is associated with a high incidence of mortality and morbidity. We report two cases of Behcet's disease with pulmonary arterial involvement who presented with hemoptysis, showed significant treatment response, thus, highlighting the importance of early diagnosis and therapeutic management.
