Change management of ERP usage

Abstract

IS continuance usage is getting more attention recently. For both ERP vendors and organizations adopted ERP systems, intension of continuance usage is critical in change management. The purpose of this paper is to survey the current literatures and summarize the factors influencing ERP users’ behaviors. In this study, we propose a research model to predict ERP users’ continuance usage behaviors. We believe this framework will help both researchers and practitioners in ERP research, design and development.
