Abstract

It is not only the theory of decision-making which enables us to define what is known today as «evaluation». The theory of the Institution, dear to the heart of Maurice Hauriou, also enables us to clarify the concept of «evaluation» as well as of enriching that of Nicolas Dodier's idea of the «shared third».
