Abstract

Latar belakang: Wanita hamil mengalami berbagai perubahan fisiologis seiring dengan pertumbuhan janin dan usia kehamilan yang meningkat. Ini termasuk perubahan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial pada ibu. Tidak nyaman dan khawatir adalah dua kata yang menggambarkan sebagian besar pengalaman ibu hamil. Kram kaki, gangguan pencernaan, kesulitan bernapas, sakit punggung, sering buang air kecil, depresi, stres, kecemasan (anxiety), serta gangguan tidur seperti insomnia atau sulit tidur, sering terjadi pada ibu hamil. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan single factor quasi eksperimental design dengan teknik non equivalent group pretest posttest control. Sampel sebanyak 59 partisipan ibu hamil di wilayah Puskesmas Berbah dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis uji statistik dengan Wilcoxon dan Mann u Whitney test Hasil: Usia responden sebagian besar pada usia reproduktif, sebagian besar responden berpendidikan tinggi, status pekerjaan adalah ibu bekerja, riwayat persalinan mayoritas multigravida, dan riwayat persalinan adalah spontan. Responden yang diberikan intervensi ujjayi pranayama 33% kualitas tidurnya baik, kelompok nadi sodhana 30% kualitas tidurnya baik, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya 22,2%. Kesimpulan: Ujjayi pranayama dan nadi sodhana sama efektif di dalam menurunkan frekuensi terbangun di tengah malam/terlalu dini. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Tidur, Nadi Sodhana, Ujjayi Pranayama Effect of Happy Prenatal Yoga (Ujjayi Pranayama and Nadi Sodhana) on Sleep Quality in Trimester III Pregnancy in Berbah Public Health Center, Sleman Abstract Background: Pregnant women experience various physiological changes along with fetal growth and increasing gestational age. This includes changes in the mother's physical, psychological, and social. Uncomfortable and worried are two words that describe most of the experiences of pregnant women. Leg cramps, indigestion, difficulty breathing, back pain, frequent urination, depression, stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders such as insomnia or difficulty sleeping, often occur in pregnant women. Methods: This study used a single-factor quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent group pretest posttest control technique. A sample of 59 pregnant women in the Berbah Public Health Center was randomly selected using a purposive sampling technique. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Statistical test analysis with Wilcoxon and Mann u Whitney test. Results: Most of the respondents were of reproductive age, most of the respondents were highly educated, their employment status was working mothers, the majority of births were multigravida, and the history of delivery was spontaneous. Respondents who were given the intervention of ujjayi pranayama 33% had good sleep quality, the Nadi Sodhana group 30% had good sleep quality, while the control group was 22.2%. Conclusions: Ujjayi pranayama and nadi sodhana are equally effective in reducing the frequency of waking up in the middle of the night/too early.
