User-oriented quality assessment of IT-supported healthcare processes - A position paper

Abstract

The user view of the quality of IT-supported health care processes is very important for a successful performance of these processes. Current approaches to process quality do not capture this point of view explicitly. This position paper provides a first collection of indicators for this view. © 2010 Springer-Verlag.
