Abstract Fatigue is a common yet complex symptom among older adults that is linked to interference with daily activity performance and reduced quality of life . Although fatigue is not routinely evaluated or treated by health care providers , rehabilitation can play a key role in addressing fatigue in older adults . This paper provides a review about fatigue in older adults and discusses current assessment and treatment options for occupational and physical therapists .
