Abstract

There have been numerous advancements in mobile wireless communication since the last few decades. This innovation consists of a number of generations and is still in progress. The journey of mobile wireless communication started with 1G followed by 2G, 3G, 4G, and under research upcoming generation 5G. In this paper, an attempt has been made to contribute to the upcoming mobile generation (5G) by uncovering security risks in the upcoming 5G network and finding vulnerabilities in the 5G network. We have also thrown some light on the new emerging technology 5G, its concept, requirements, features, benefits, and hardware and software requirements.
