Editorial Introduction

Abstract

This Special Issue: Liber Amicorum of Mads Andenas on the Occasion of his 65th Birthday (Liber Amicorum) is written in honour of Mads Andenas to celebrate his 65th birthday. The honoree is apart from numerous other prestigious functions in the realm of academic publishing particularly associated with the European Business Law Review: Mads Andenas and Guido Alpa were founding editors of the European Business Law Review and both have since served as its General Editors.
