Abstract

This paper deals with the issue of the Controller Area Network (CAN) bus security in terms of node authentication and preventing attacks. Several techniques have been developed to overcome this problem, but unfortunately, there are still some threats to be addressed. The proposed concept is based upon the security centralized authentication system involving a new approach related to the process of generation and receiving data frames and digests along with falsified message monitoring in real time.
