Abstract

The research builds on the country reputation and country of origin to assess the impact of these on FDI. It aims to analyze the symbolic image of a country that is the target for foreign direct investment. More specifically, the objective is to determine the extent to which the image of specific activity sectors influences country of origin’ image, considering cultural affinities and geographical factors.
