In accordance with the rising number of primary ACL reconstruction, we are faced with an increasing number of revision surgeries [1, 23]. Revision ACL surgery for the patients means another timeconsuming event, including weeks of impairment, absence from work or sports, and long hours of rehabilitation. Like in total joint surgery, revision ACL reconstruction represents an even higher challenge to the orthopedic surgeon.
