An Introduction to mod_rewrite

Abstract

mod{\_}rewrite is one of the most powerful and least understood modules available for Apache. Understanding when not to use it is at least as important as knowing how to use it. Throughout this book, I'll show alternate ways to solve problems, when appropriate, using methods other than mod{\_}rewrite.
