Study on feasibility of applying information material in hospital resource management

Abstract

In this paper, major information materials applied in human resource management of hospitals are introduced. Current situation and shortages discovered during construction of human resource management system of hospitals are analyzed. On this basis, the paper further proposed that, besides offering a scientific and effective human resource management mode and method for hospitals, employee information management system is also becoming an indispensable tool for modern hospital management. The paper emphatically stated construction ideology of hospital human resource management system, and as well made a prospect on the application of information material and information technology in human resource management of hospitals. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
