Abstract

Middle lobe syndrome is a term that refers to a recurrent collapse of a lung segment, typically the right middle lobe. We present here a case of middle lobe syndrome which occurred in an unusual lung segment and which was related to an unusual cause. © 2009 General Practice Airways Group. All rights reserved.
