Abstract

Abstract/description: The agrarian reform announced in 1915 initiated radical changes in Mexico’s agrarian economy. This reform was triggered by the Mexican Revolution of 1910. The article focuses on describing developments in agriculture. The developments are described through the lens of land ownerships. Cited macroeconomic data suggests that the private sector facilitated faster agricultural developments than other branches of the economy.
