Abstract

Continuing education for the development of employee professionalism contributes to the improvement of corporate culture and personal competencies. The modern use of competencies in the work of staff allows us to apply critical theoretical provisions of the staff policy. The main goal of this paper is to draw the attention of the heads of organizations to the need to use a competency-based approach in working with staff. The paper describes the methods of forming professional competencies during the mentoring mechanism, the structure and content of job descriptions, subjects, and objects of control in the HR management system. The use of competencies in HR management will improve the professionalism and individuality of staff.
