Abstract

The article discusses the negative impact of disruptive innovation on jobs and working conditions if not well-managed and regulated. The digital economy and the shifts causes fast pace across all sectors. It bears both opportunities for productivity well-being, and risks for certain job profiles, particularly routine heavy tasks.
