Abstract

Web 2.0 has changed the way people communicate and learn. It has entered into the millennial classroom. This article discusses the Web 2.0 phenomenon and how it evolves the traditional classroom into Classroom 3.0 incorporating mobile technology with Web 2.0 technology. The impact on the implementation of Classroom 3.0 is also discussed and how it may affect the teaching and learning process of the millennial students. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
