Bundle branch blocks and hemiblocks (Slovene)

Abstract

Cases of fascicular blocks and hemiblocks in 635 patients with myocardial infarction are discussed. In 22% of these patients atrioventricular conduction disturbances have been found. The trifascicular blocks represent a benign form of atrioventricular conduction disturbance. The conduction system of the heart preserves its function even under pathological conditions.
