Abstract

An efficient and environmentally benign procedure is developed for the synthesis of 1,5-benzothiazepine and 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazepine derivatives in good to excellent yield under solvent-free microwave irradiations using silica sulfuric acid or basic alumina respectively as solid supports. © 2012 Copyright Tamer S.
