Abstract

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is defined hemodynamically by right heart catheter (RHC) measurements of a mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) ≥25mmHg at rest, with a pulmonary capillary wedge pressure ≥15mmHg and pulmonary vascular resistance ≥3 Wood units.
