Abstract

Industry 4.0 (I 4.0) has resulted in enhanced productivity and mass customization through new technological advances and methodologies. The new approaches need to be flawlessly introduced in the company given the resistance from the workforce to accept the same. The transition, however, cannot be accepted overnight. The main reasons being high capital investments and lack of required skills within the workforce. The very aim of the present chapter is to identify the various job roles in the companies ready to accept I 4.0 environment.
