Principles, Planning and Accomplishment of Lake Restoration Projects

Abstract

This chapter describes a procedure for accomplishing lake restoration projects, starting from the necessary pre-investigations of a lake's character and condition, through the design of a restoration plan, and a monitoring programme designed so as to be able to evaluate whether the project goal has been achieved.
