Abstract

If you find distance between user's model and designer's model, the system is not good. We made a scale constructed with six viewpoints of similarity and practiced it. In result, we found possibility to measure a satisfaction at usability, roughly. If we complete this study, this method is useful for all interface designer and usability engineer. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
