Abstract

From the description of one case that highlights the difficulty in compliance to a treatment for weight reduction, the originand barriers that lead to failure are investigated. This review concludes that the difficulties associated with the organizationof time, among other, result in a major cause of abandonment. The author then invites us to think how to address the expectations of a successful treatment for obesity, working on these factors
