Abstract

Urinary tract infections in adults are frequent and can induce several septic situations. Their economie cost (drugs, microbiologie samples, consultations and/or hospitalizations and stop working) and ecologie cost (second reasons of antibiotic prescription in winter and first in the rest of the year) are important. A better respect of recommendations can improve the outeome of this different infections and decrease their cost.
