Design of the Web-Based Tracer Study Application of STMIK PalComTech

Abstract

A tracer study application is designed to record about alumnus situations in terms of job search, work situation, and utilization of competency acquisition while studying especially. Alumnus tracer studies are the main studies that have been carried out systematically, institutionally, and continuously. In this research using Prototyping method for designing the tracer study application, and the Ristekdikti standard of the tracer study forms to be filled by alumni. In this research produces a tracer study application based on the web for the PalComTech college that can be accessed in the URL: www.karirpalcomtech.com. Using the tracer study application, PalComTech can know its alumnus conditions. Which this information is used for making policies in increasing its education quality and producing qualified alumni.
