In this chapter we extend the results of Chapters 5-8 to N-dimensional random variables, which are represented as an N x 1 random vector. Hence, our discussions will apply to the 2 x 1 random vector previously studied. In fact, most of the concepts introduced earlier are trivially extended so that we do not dwell on the conceptualization.
