Abstract
Application of wireless transmission technology to construct a family automation system is proposed and realized in this study. In this investigation, we make use of the advantages of ZigBee consisting of power saving, high reliability, and extensibility to build an automatic system so that the problems of the hardware complicity and the maintenance of the family household appliances network can be excluded. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
