Abstract

This study aims at evaluating the transformational leadership perceptions of students doing non-thesis master degree in the major field of educational administration, supervision, planning and economics. The universe and the sample of the study consist of non-thesis master degree students from graduate school of educational sciences, Dicle University. The data will be collected by transformational leadership scale. The study will be evaluated according to variables as gender, seniority (duration of service), working position (administrator or teacher), location of the school (village, town, province), in-service training and branch. Data will be evaluated via descriptive statistics and divergence tests.
