Abstract

This book examines seven armed groups emerging in the MENA region as a case study and adds the term hybrid actors to the definition of non-state actors based on its findings. This book, authours ends with advices to political decision makers.Bu kitap, MENA bölgesinde ortaya çıkan yedi silahlı grubu bir vaka çalışması olarak incelemekte ve bulgularına dayanarak devlet dışı aktörlerin tanımına hibrit aktörler terimini de eklemektedir. Kitap, yazarların siyasi karar vericilere tavsiyeleriyle sona ermektedir.
