The article is concerned with the point of creation and implementation the computer-based test-simulators in remote training system of All-Russian Centre of Emergency and Radiation Medicine named after А.М. Nikiforov, attached to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. The information on the scope, composition, structure, technical possibilities, hardware requirements and special conditions of applying the computer-based test-simulators to implement educational programs of higher and complementary professional education, with the use of computer-based training and remote educational techniques. The investigated in the article actual examples of computer-based test-simulators will be interesting to academic teaching staff, administrative-technical and auxiliary educational staff of educational establishments attached to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, engaged in implementing the educational programs of higher and complementary professional education, with the use of computer-based training and remote educational techniques. The present article is the continuation of the series of author’s works and the integral part of the project on implementing the innovative training techniques in educational establishments, attached to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
