Abstract
Collaboration options for small and medium size enterprises interested in entering new markets while providing fast, efficient, reliable and customized transport solutions are in the main focus of this work. For automated selection of the most desirable collaboration options we propose employment of a decision support system, where all collaboration options for a particular firm are evaluated by three experts with respect to two criteria. © 2008 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
