This research will in the foreground by far still to the teacher-centered, so that learning does not show activeness of students. In addition, assessment of student learning outcomes for the three domains are still the dominant realm of cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains while the less gets done properly.The purpose of this research was to look at student learning outcomes by using PBL model which includes the realm of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Research conducted is class action research using qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. The data source is the learning process and the learning outcomes of students in the class IV elementary school The results showed the cognitive domain of learning outcomes on average I cycle 69,00 increased to 82,59 in cycle II. Results of the study on the affective domain in cycle I, on average 67,93% increase to 84,55% in cycle II, while the psychomotor domain of learning results in cycle I, on average 58,18% increase to 77,33% in cycle II. Implementation of learning by using PBL model in terms of teacher aspects on cycle I gained an average of 67.50% increase in cycle II becomes 87,50% while the student aspect of the tie had reviewed the average cycle I 60% increase in cycle II becomes 82.50%.
