Abstract

This papers aims at the power control aspect of Resource allocation for wireless data via employing microeconomics concepts of utility and pricing in relation to the noncooperative game theory and Nash Equilibrium. Specifically, an efficient algorithm based on stochastic gradient formulation is proposed to adaptively converge to arrive at optimal power set with higher utilities with the pricing factor is a parameter. Both single cell and multicell are presented in this paper. Comparative numerical and graphical results provided attest to practical usefulness of the proposed power control algorithm. © 2007 Springer.
