Abstract

Humidity is defined as the amount of moisture containing in the air. The most common way used to describe it is relative humidity. The function of some of breathing devices is used to humidify air for medical purpose, and the method of humidification is involved with water droplets being produced. The small water droplets sometimes attach to the sensor and affect the readings from the humidity measuring tools. Therefore this project was aiming to measure humidity accurately and quickly in a presence of water droplets. © 2013 IFMBE.
