Abstract

Europeana is the European platform in charge of collecting and publicizing the European cultural heritage as well as providing educational resources that facilitate the implementation of that heritage in the classroom. For this, it has an exclusive platform in which teachers and experts from different academic disciplines design and share learning scenarios based on the resources located in their databases that are ready to be implemented in the classroom using ICT. This article aims, on the one hand, to provide a deeper and more extensive vision of its possibilities and, in turn, to present the didactic proposals related to Music classroom. The working method used has focused on document analysis, located both in specialized media and on the different websites belonging to the European network itself, and on the descriptive case study of the learning scenarios related to Music Education to facilitate the teaching work when implementing them in the Music classroom.
