Abstract

Undesirable situations are often encountered in dental practice, caused by a dentist's mistake, culpability of the patient, or other unstable factors. Perioperative complications are the complications that occur during the surgical procedure, while postoperative complications occur during the postoperative period. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2007.
