Increase in the supply of electricity needs rapidly, should be balanced with the quality of electricity itself. PT PLN (Persero) as the state electricity company that supplies electrical energy to strive to provide electrical energy to the public with good quality is the quality of electrical energy that is reliable. So that the distribution of electrical energy to consumers will go well in accordance with the diharapkan.Feeder Feeder Rao is the most distant from the source of GI Simpang Empat Rayon Lubuk Sikaping working area with a total distance of up to 120 kms. Rao Feeder current conditions, the voltage available at GH Rao during peak loads is 13.204 kV, exceeding the SPLN 72: 198 A sum of 5%. This means that the voltage drop on Feeder Rao has exceeded 5%. PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Lubuk Sikaping plans to change the pattern of 20 kV network operation, by dividing the per GH and micro power development. To analyze the impact of changes in operating patterns of the voltage drop, it is used software ETAP 12.6. Based on the simulation results of the voltage drop before change operation pattern is 36.519% with the voltage value at GH Rao 13.204 kV. After the operating pattern changes, the voltage drop down to 19.423% by value of the voltage at GH Rao amounted to 16.760 kV.
