Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the basic education data system (Dapodik) at El Fitra Elementary School that supports school management. The research method used is qualitative, Sources of data obtained from interviews with respondents, namely the principal and the operator of SD El Fitra, through observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Dapodik system that has been used by SD El Fitra is the curriculum menu, students, educators and education personnel (PTK), and infrastructure. The results showed that data that had been recorded in the center was not followed by optimizing the use of data for school management. The Basic Education Data System (Dapodik) provides data that is indispensable in school management. The understanding of school managers on the use of dapodik for school management must be fostered in order to achieve effective and efficient school management.
