Abstract

Electronic-banking (e-banking) businesses mostly are developed based on traditional business of commercial banks. The normal method is combined traditional business with internet in order to realize new E-banking service.The problems existing by doing so are: lack of effective measure to control commercial risk with single technical solution, lack of laws of E-banking, simple methods of marketing, service and training for E-banking business; weak construction of bank's infrastructure setup. All above-said problems have limited the development of E-banking business of commercial banks. In this article we will discuss the e-banking evolution and explain the emerging of e-banking services, E-payment system as well as legal, risk management challenges, and have presented necessary suggestions for managing e-banking. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2010.
