Laserbehandlung von narben und keloiden mit verschiedenen lasersystemen

Abstract

Laser therapy results of scars and keloids are promising. Mostly, the transfer of active and increasing or complaints causing hypertrophic scars or keloids into a bright inactive scar is possible. Better results can be achieved by combining different laser procedures and conventional therapies. In keloidosis or repeated recurrences non-ablative lasers should be used for prophylaxis. Results show, that apart from other methods, the laser is quite useful. With correct indication, appropriate selection of the laser system and handling in many cases it may even be the better choice.
