Abstract

In the field of the software project management, the distribution and organization of developers has always been a research focus. In a software project, it is of great importance to divide the modules and personnel allocation, which, however, still mainly depends on the project manager's rich experience, lack of quantitative analysis method. To solve these problems, this paper presents two quantitative models based on information entropy, used in the quantitative analysis of the quality of overall division structure of the project and of the personnel allocation structure in the module with more detailed. Finally, based on the above, this article conducts the example analysis to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method. © Springer-Verlag 2013.
