Abstract

Finding a home in the academy, settling in and attaining tenure, moving on to leadership and making your voice heard in science education is a lot like the process of weaving a web. It takes deliberate action, thoughtful determination, and careful consideration of how to connect the threads. You need to pace yourself, and build slowly toward your goal. This monograph can help.
