Abstract

Bariatric postoperative leaks are being seen more frequently due to the increased number of surgical procedures. Endoscopic repair of these leaks and fistulae is a safe and effective option for patients who would otherwise undergo complex surgical revision. This chapter will discuss the current endoscopic options available to manage these patients.
