Research of the problem of expectations of students of technical universities from potential employers

Abstract

The relevance of this study is to find harmonization and recreation of relations between employers and graduates. To solve this problem as an empirical material were the answers of 130 students interviewed through Google forms. Due to the method of generalization and systematization, the method of data collection and vocabulary definitions, the comparative and descriptive methods, a content analysis of the obtained data was conducted. As a result it was revealed that students are mostly ready for the upcoming difficulties in finding a job; they are aimed at effective employment in accordance with the diploma and acquired skills, formed personal qualities and the desire to improve themselves professionally. With the emergence of a new layer of young specialists, the so-called transprofessionals, the country acquires the necessary intellectual potential, flexibly integrating into the new professional community, occupying key positions in enterprises and organizations to allow our country to claim world leadership in the conditions of informatization and globalization. In the future it is necessary to take into account the expectations of students in the development of basic requirements for applicants by employers.
