Abstract

This paper deals with the min-max fair emergency service system design under uncertain ability of service providing. Studied generalized system disutility follows the idea that the individual user's disutility comes from more than one located center. We present here an advanced approximate algorithm for the min-max optimal emergency service system design, which is based on a radial formulation and valid exposing structures. Presented method enables its simple implementation within common optimization environment instead of special software development.
