Abstract

Prevention measurements should be known by the refractive surgeon. It is critical to differentiate between macrostriae and microstriae as their clinical implications and management are different. We will review the medical and surgical management of visually significant flap striae. Phototherapeutic keratectomy (PTK) offers an alternative approach for long-standing striae.
