Abstract

In the era of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, the emergence of entrepreneurship-oriented universities is inevitable for the development of knowledge-based economy and society. However, colleges and universities are an important position for the cultivation of national innovative talents. They shoulder the responsibility of transporting a large number of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial (I-E) talents for the society. They play a vital role in promoting national independent innovation and transforming the economic mode. Under the new situation, how to cultivate talents with both ability and virtue that meet the needs of the state and society has become an important direction of deepening the reform of colleges and universities. The formation of College Students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship and the promotion of entrepreneurship need long-term cultivation, edification and accumulation, which puts forward higher requirements and challenges for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in the future. This paper combines the background and existing problems of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as the proposed construction model concept, through the “internal should be combined with external” construction concept, to improve public services and provide more efficient services for college students’ entrepreneurship.
